What Is A Client Closet

A client closet is a curated group of outfits provided by a photographer. The outfits are coordinated to go with the photographer’s colors and style. Clients are able to borrow these items for their sessions at no extra cost, they are included in your package.

What Is In My Client Closet? 

In my client closet, I have beautiful women’s dresses, newborn outfits, and sitter outfits (3-12 months). All the pieces go with my style and colors that you have seen in my portfolio. Ranging from creams, browns, camel, and other earthy tones. The pieces may be simple in color, but they hold interest with textures, fabrics, flowy skirts, knits, patterns, and layers.

The women’s dresses range in size from medium to 1XL. Most of the dresses are adjustable so that they fit many sizes from XS-1XL. Some of the brands include Joy Folie, Baltic Born, and the prestigious (to photographers) Reclamation. I am really proud of this collection and how they beautifully add to photos. 

Why I Offer A Client Closet

First, it is a little way to spoil you guys! Second, our lives are busy, I hope offering a client closet takes something off your checklist. You can browse my client closet and send me your favorite dresses. You can either come over to try on or I will bring your top 3 to our session ready to go. 

I was noticing moms coming to their session in old dresses that did not serve them any more in fit and style or purchasing cheap, 2-day shipping dresses that did not reflect the high quality experience and images they receive. Your life is top notch, I want you to feel and look top notch! Most of us would not have these dresses just hanging out in our closet and are an investment for only wearing one time. 

Feel Feminine And Beautiful 

I’m not sure about you, but day-to-day I do not feel feminine and beautiful all the time. I am in gym clothes a lot of the time or comfy clothes at home and my hair in a top bun. 

But we are mothers. Motherhood looks different for all, but it embodies nurturing traits, selflessness, emotional vulnerability, and we literally gave life. As a motherhood photograph, I want your photos to reflect that through connection, feelings, and story telling.

The dresses in my client closet have been selected for their femininity and beautiful designs. The flowing skirts give you movement and freedom. The waists and busts are flattering for all fits.

No, You Do Not Need To Use The Client Closet

The client closet is available, but it is not a requirement at all. All of my packages include styling assistance.  I highly recommend utilizing this service to make this experience that much more effortless.

Do you like the look of my portfolio? It is because families followed my guidance for styling. Curated styling helps photos up-level their investment. 

While preparing for your session, questionnaires help me get to know family members. I will put together a styling board with inspiring outfits for each family member. Links will be provided if you need to purchase items, but a lot of the time, items can be borrowed or pulled from our own closets
